Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Zunn Technologies ('Zunn', 'we', 'us', or 'our') collects, protects, processes, and retains personal data when you visit our website (getzunn.com) or subscribe to our enterprise applied AI platforms, including Zunn Legally, Zunn Fihi, and Zunn Sono.

Depending on the context of data processing, Zunn operates in two distinct legal capacities: (a) Data Controller with respect to account administrative data, marketing inquiries, and website telemetry; and (b) Data Processor with respect to Customer Data (legal briefs, tax records, customer messages, voice recordings) processed on behalf of enterprise subscribers in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Account Registration Information: Name, work email address, organization name, phone number, and billing details provided during subscription setup or demo requests.

Customer Tenant Data: Legal files, case transcripts, trial balances, employee salary lists, tax schedules, ecommerce order databases, customer support tickets, and audio recordings uploaded by enterprise subscribers into their designated tenant vaults.

Technical & Usage Telemetry: Anonymized IP addresses, browser user agents, device specifications, page latency telemetry, and operational error logs necessary to maintain system security and uptime.

Zunn makes an absolute, irrevocable contractual commitment: Customer Tenant Data uploaded to or processed through Zunn Legally, Zunn Fihi, or Zunn Sono is NEVER used, shared, licensed, or repurposed to train, retrain, fine-tune, or evaluate our global foundation models or any third-party artificial intelligence models.

All machine learning inference is conducted in isolated ephemeral execution environments. Once an embedding is generated or a structured extraction is completed, the working memory context is permanently purged.

Customer data is isolated in dedicated cryptographic vaults backed by database-level Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Cross-tenant data access is mathematically impossible at the database layer.

All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 with tenant-dedicated keys; all data in transit across internal microservices and external interfaces is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with Perfect Forward Secrecy.

In-flight PII sanitization filters automatically redact sensitive personal identifiers (such as Tax Identification Numbers, National ID cards, and financial credentials) prior to external telemetry logging.

Zunn engages a curated roster of enterprise infrastructure sub-processors (cloud computing providers, vector database clusters, and telephony gateways) bound by data protection obligations no less restrictive than those in this Policy.

For enterprise clients, government bodies, and regulated financial institutions with strict data residency requirements, Zunn provides sovereign data containment options hosted within Bangladesh infrastructure.

We retain Customer Tenant Data only for the duration of the active subscription agreement. Upon contract termination or formal deletion request, all tenant vaults, vector embeddings, and backups are permanently and cryptographically purged within thirty (30) calendar days.

Subscribers maintain the absolute right to export their complete data corpus at any time in open, structured formats (JSON, CSV, PDF).
